MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY. If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, accurate and truthful information as prompted by the applicable registration form. In the event that you have an opportunity to choose a password and a user name, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. GLOBAL MCN strives to provide 24/7, 365 uptime with 99.9% secure web connection. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GLOBAL MCN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GLOBAL MCN will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by GLOBAL MCN or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY. All online posting and membership fee payment must be completed through Paypal with credit card and identification verification before GLOBAL MCN activates any membership. Online users will have 72 hours to cancel and ask for a refund. Once the membership account is activated in three (3) business days, all posting credits and membership fees are final with NO refund.

ONLINE POSTINGS. When you create an online posting with posting credits on our exclusive global marketing communication network, your posting will be active for up to 90 days. When you create an online posting with your paid membership on our exclusive global marketing communication network, your posting will be active for as long as your membership is active and current, for up to 12 months.

OPT-IN and OPT-OUT for EMAIL ALERTS. When you sign up any online form on globalmcn.com, you are automatically opt-in to all email alerts that are related to your area of interest on this exclusive global marketing network. All email alerts are carefully reviewed and designed to communicate the latest project or product information to you in the most efficient and effective way. If you wish to not receive further email alerts, just send GLOBAL MCN an online request through Contact Us. The company will make a note of your special request and stop sending you further email alerts.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE. As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any GLOBAL MCN server, or the network(s) connected to any GLOBAL MCN server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any GLOBAL MCN server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services. GLOBAL MCN reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as GLOBAL MCN deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in GLOBAL MCN sole discretion.

LIMITED LIABILITY. In no event will GLOBAL MCN be liable to anyone, any company or any organization for any indirect, incidential or consequential damage or loss including but not limited to the loss of data or profits, howsoever caused. Online users and members have full legal responsibility to conduct only legal and ethical activities on this exclusive global marketing communication network.

CLEAN, CLEAR, and NON-CRIMINAL ORIGIN. When you use any of GLOBAL MCN services or when you conduct any business transaction through GLOBAL MCN, you understand and agree to conduct business legally and ethically with all monies and all currencies from clean, clear, and non-criminal origin. All clients and members understand and agree to conduct business transactions with full banking responsibilities and with timely finder fee or commission fee payments at closing within three business banking days. All personal and business information must be provided with accuracy and truthfulness to the best of your ability. GLOBAL MCN reserve all rights to terminate your client or membership account immediately and report any illegal activities to international crime stopper organizations. Be advised that we do report all fraud activities and attempt to commit crimes to: INTERPOL, FBI, CIA, IC3, US Treasury Dept., FinCEN, SEC, Federal Reserve, ICC Commercial Crime Services, RCMP, New Scotland Yard, City of London Fraud Squad, Crime Stoppers International and / or any Law Enforcement Agency in your area.
